Our surgery suite is equipped with 2 isoflurane gas anesthsia machines and a pulse oximeter monitor ensuring that your pet will be safe while under anesthesia.  Many surgical procedures can be done with the variety of instruments that are available for the doctors to use during surgery.  All surgical packs and equipment are sterilized in an autoclave prior to each surgery. 

Here at Dickinson County Animal Clinic, P.C. our veterinarians do several orthopedic procedures. Area veterinarians refer their clients to our clinic for specific orthopedic procedures.

If your pet is ever lost or stolen, have you ever thought about how you will get them back home? Using Home Again microchips ensures that your pet will be entered into a database when lost. When your pet is found you will then be contacted and reunited with your pet.

Cardio Pet allows us to transmit EKG's to veterinary cardiologists over the phone for a better diagnosis of your pets heart condition.

We have just installed a brand new digital x-ray machine! Taking digital images is much safer for your pet and the image is so much better than with the old cassettes.  The dark room is no longer needed since the new image will appear on the medical monitor within seconds of the x-ray being taken.  We can e-mail the images where ever they need to go and you can even take the image home with you on a CD.

Did you know that your pets teeth need to be cleaned regularly? In 2006 we purchased a new more advanced veterinary dentistry machine to make cleaning your pet's teeth easier.

We are currently without a groomer and will be looking to hire someone in the future.  Our staff will gladly give your pet a bath and trim toe nails.  All our dryers are safe and will not overheat your pet.

We offer our canine friends a boarding facility with ten indoor/outdoor runs.  We also have several indoor runs and smaller kennels. All dogs are walked outside twice daily and given fresh food and water.  We want your pets to have an enjoyable stay so feel free to bring your own food, blankets, and toys or anything else you feel will make them comfortable.  For our weekend guests we offer a special Sunday pickup at 5:30pm.

Our feline boarding facilities have their own dedicated space.  Besides offering regular boarding services for our feline friends, we have Top Cat Resort.  This is a special room with a view and towers to climb and hang out.  Your cat will feel more at home in Top Cat Resort.
